Jim has worked for me several times on several time sensitive projects. The last one was a sewer tie-in which presented several challenging aspects to the design. Jim was prompt with call backs, always on time, and provided a considerable amount of technical consulting which truly aided in the permit process. Not sure why he has ANY bad reviews here.
